Render cleaned with Benz blackwash chemical. pumped with a gardiner backpack and gardiner slx25 pole. x line rinse bar sill brush. top rinsed down with hose pipe connected to wfp water fed pole until im within reach of what the hose pipe can rinse. Benz blackwash is a UK make of chemical that’s sodium hypochlorite based at 10% concentrate. Hypo, is the main ingredients of bleach and kills mold algae lichen moss etc. 10% concentrate is mixed at a 5 to 1 water to chemical ratio in this demonstration. It can be used at 4 to 1 for more severe stains. Also great for cleaning upvc at a weaker ratio of 10 parts water to one part chemical. I wear a chemical breathing mask and face shield. You do not want to breathe the spray or get it in your eyes.
