In this video, we tackled a commercial property wash that didn’t go exactly as planned right from the start! We ran into an issue with our 12V soft wash system, but once we worked around it, we got straight to business.
We started with a 6% mix of SH, but I quickly realized it wasn’t cutting through the grime as effectively as I wanted. So, I upped the mix to 10% & A LOT more surfactant which I feel helped tons and eventually, I finished off the job with a 12.5% SH mix through my bucket sprayer for that final touch.
After three hours of hard work, the transformation was unbelievable, and the property owner was beyond thrilled with the results! To top it off, we picked up a residential house wash on the same day and knocked that out too.
