Knowing whether to bleach or power washing a fence is extremely controversial!
There are many school of thought when it comes to How to bleach a fence or How to Power Wash a fence. At Fence Makeovers we have experienced and have seen the problems with power washing a fence. Most of the time the consumer tries to do this on there own and usually makes a mess of things.
The way our fence makeovers crew does it is by bleaching a fence at a very low psi (power per square inch) This prevents any damage to the wood. With high pressure washing the wood will scare meaning it will be fuzzy, splitters hanging out and a unevenness of the wood.
It will always be best to bleach and clean the wood to t’s natural beauty!
