In this video, we do a walkthrough of a DIY budget soft wash system for roof cleaning and house washing. This soft wash pump has a metering system (aka Proportioner) which helps you make more money by being more efficient when soft washing houses or cleaning roofs. With no more batch mixing to slow you down, jobs will get done faster and with greater precision. You can buy all the parts and components needed to assemble this system for a fraction of the cost of a store bought unit.
The Metering Valve in this video works with a Air-powered or Electric 12V Diaphragm Pump….not gas powered softwash system.
The minimum required GPM for a 12v pump is is 5.5 GPM.
The minimum required GPM for an air diaphragm pump must be 5.5 GPM or higher!
(4 GPM air diaphragm pumps are not fully compatible)
