This is our first complete pressure washing and soft wash skid. After doing repairs and upgrades on 100s of skid and trailers, we are excited to build a skid from the ground up using everything we have learned about what to do and, more importantly, what not to do!
Pressure Washing:
– 8GPM Honda GX690 with a Gear Drive General Pump TSK2021
– 200 ft of KobraJet Smooth Pressure Hose
– 200 Gallon Buffer Tank with 3/4″ Feed through Hudson Float Valve for Automatic Fill
– 20″ BE Whirl-A-Way Surface Cleaner
Soft Wash System:
– Remco SmoothFlo 7GPM 100PSI Pump for reliable performance and smooth operation
– 225 ft of Flexzilla 5/8″ Hose with an ST-510 Spray Wand
– 200 Gallons of Water with 3/4″ Feed through Hudson Float Valve for Automatic Fill
– 100 Gallon Bleach Tank
– 7 Gallon Soap Tank
– 3/4″ Metering Blend Proportioner
