The best pressure washer for your pressure washing business is a matter of opinion. While I believe we should focus on flow rate first and PSI second, the entire formula for getting started need to be reversed.
DEAL FLOW is the ONLY thing we need to focus on now. Equipment is second. Learning to sell them at high ticket and position your business distinctly is third.
This is the flow that so many in our industry sadly get wrong and they quit before their business has a chance to flourish. Do the opposite of what the 90% do, invest in your deal flow first.
Starting a pressure washing business can be confusing, and even scary. We get tricked into thinking we need to have it all figured out and we need the perfect mix of chemical and equipment to do the right job. The key is to just get started first, and think second, oh…and when in doubt, when concerning pressure, less is more.
Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning is a mind game, you have to be able to take what facebook groups, youtube and everyones broke ass comments and throw it out the window and operate your business autonomously. (how you see fit)
